RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION


  • The Metromall Shopping Promotion is titled: Details that Reward
  • Participating invoices for the purchase promotion will be valid from May 1st to July 27th, 2025.
  • To participate, you must pre-register in the system's database using the QR code, filling out all required fields with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • The email address will be the primary identifier for the user in the database and, consequently, for the participant in the skill game for the purchase promotion, so the email address must be valid and active.
  • Metromall, its activists, and/or the Concierge team are not responsible for spelling errors in email addresses, forgotten passwords, or forgotten usernames for each pre-registered customer's individual account. They are also not responsible for inactive email accounts.
  • The shopping promotion consists of registering purchase invoices of $35 (cumulative) at the main concierge desk of Metromall, located on the ground floor of the main entrance area of ​​Metromall to win the opportunity to participate in the skill game at the promotion stand located in Plaza Cuadrado, ground floor (between bbb Shoes, Tommy Hilfiger and El Costo).
  • Bills for utility payments (such as electricity, water, contracts, or credit cards), food court purchases, restaurant purchases, subscriptions, or vehicle purchases are not eligible.
  • Receipts, invoices, and credit cards from pawn shops, ophthalmology, orthodontics, veterinary clinics, banks, or clinics are not accepted.
  • The game booth for collecting points is open Monday through Saturday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • For every $35 in purchases, the customer is given 1 unique code corresponding to 4 launches per code per participation.
  • Registered invoices will be stamped and/or signed and will not be eligible for re-entry.
  • A maximum of 8 codes (32 draws) will be awarded per participation if the customer has registered high-denomination bills.
  • The skill game to accumulate points involves a target shoot (shooting at the target) where the customer must use a ball (supplied by the promotion staff) and try to get it into the holes in the board. Each hole in the board will have a different score value and will be located randomly, in no specific order.
  • Throws must be made from the designated location on the floor of the stand. Players may not step in front of this location. Otherwise, the throws and scores obtained will be invalid. Players must follow the instructions given by the game host.
  • The player must try to accumulate the highest number of points in the throws available in his participation according to the $35 invoice(s) registered with the concierge.
  • The more points you accumulate in your participation (target shooting), the more likely you are to be the winner of the week for having achieved the most points of the week.
  • The participant can continue to accumulate points as long as he/she makes new registration(s) of new invoices during the same game week.
  • Each week the scores will be reset to zero on Sundays starting at 9 p.m.
  • Scores are only cumulative during the same game week.
  • There will be one (1) winner per week, who will be the person with the highest score among all participants that week. The winner will be announced every Sunday after 6 p.m. and will be provided with the necessary information to claim their prize, based on the email and/or phone number provided during registration.
  • In the event of a tie between players with the highest number of points, a new round of play will be coordinated with the participants to break the tie. The tiebreaker must be held no later than two (2) weeks after the Sunday on which the tie was announced. If a tiebreaker cannot be coordinated within that time, the prize will be awarded to the participant who is willing (available) to appear in the tiebreaker.
  • If none of the participants can be contacted or are available to break the tie, the prize will be awarded to the next highest score among the participants that week.
  • During the duration of the promotion, one (1) different weekly prize will be given away each week from the participating brands (the order of prizes is at the discretion of Metromall).
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Metromall is not responsible for the validity or loss of gift certificates and/or vouchers. Nor will it be responsible for defects or final delivery of prize items. Winners must coordinate directly with the store (brand) sponsoring the prize.
